Water-Soluble Chitosan is a shellfish-derived chitosan produced from shrimp chitin. Unlike native chitosan, it dissolves directly in water without requiring an acidifying agent.

This pale-yellow, odourless grade offers >99% water solubility, 87% degree of deacetylation, and viscosity below 100 cps.
