Native Chitosan Powder is a natural, biodegradable biopolymer produced from purified shrimp chitin. Supplied as off-white pulverized flakes, it dissolves in dilute organic acids such as 1% acetic acid.
With 90% degree of deacetylation and 25.15 cps viscosity, this grade is suitable for evaluation in agriculture, water treatment, food preservation, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, bioplastics, coatings, and textile applications.
